Orange County Music Award Show

Steve Sievers (co-creator & voice of Daniel the Turtle) of Supa Pirate Booty Hunt was a guest at the Orange County Music Award Show on March 6th at the Groove in Anaheim, CA. Steve was there to cheer on his friends Stacy Clark & A7X (both won!) and do some PR on the red carpet for Supa Pirate Booty Hunt. Steve said “Back in 2006 I was a presenter for Best International Artist for the Orange County Music Award show and it was where I meet my wife, so this venue always means a lot to me” Below are pics from the event:

So Cal's Best Animators on Time Warner Cable

Time Warner Cable TV show called So Cal’s Best did a episode called “Behind the Scenes So Cal’s Best Indie Animators” which airs on channel 101, these are screen shots from the airing below. Then you can watch a special on So Cal’s Best Indie Animators that features an interview with SPBH creators Steve Sievers & Dahveed followed by a screening of our episode of Holiday Fight Club Island.

Green Day Official Website has Daniel the Turtle on it under the news section for Feb 27, 2011. The news post features a video interview with bassist Mike Dirnt by DJ Rossstar of The Punk Rock Show. Animation Nation Event

Supa Pirate Booty Hunt creators were in attendance for the Animation Nation event last night with guest artist Jose Lopez who is currently character designer for The Hub’s Transfromers Prime. Steve & Dahveed got a special shout out on stage from Charles Zembillas and told everyone to check out & support Supa Pirate Booty Hunt! Animation Nation meets the last Tuesday of every month. Platters Charity Event

Supa Pirate Booty Hunt was out in full support for our friend Brent who put on this charity event to help raise money for the Torrance Public School District. The event featured a performance by former lead singer of the Platters Virgil Gibson. Sam The Armenian Comedian who is famous for his rants on Kevin Bean Show on KROQ, Jimmy Kimmel Live &, the Man Show stopped by along with actor Cirroc Lofton from Star Trek Deep Space Nine.
