Don’t worry, SPBH creators (@SteveSievers & @dahveedkn) have you covered. The comic book was turned into a motion comic book for the charity Music Saves Lives youtube channel. The comic book guest stars voice over legend Tom Kenny (voice of SpongeBob SquarePants, Ice King in Adventure Time) and actress Tania Gunadi (Fox’s Enlisted & voice of Miko in Transformers Prime) with the story taking place at SAN DIEGO COMIC CON! SPBH Comic Book Release Party & Signing Pics

Supa Pirate Booty Hunt creators (@SteveSievers & @Dahveedkn) had their comic book release party last night at Golden Apple Comics. This two story comic book, supporting the charity Music Saves Lives, pairs Supa Pirate Booty Hunt characters Zack the Pirate and Daniel the Turtle up with celebrities Dave Mustaine of Megadeth, Tania Gunadi, & voice over legend Tom Kenny. Voice of Zack in SPBH (Spike Spencer) joined Steve Sievers, Dahveed Kolodny-Nagy, Tom Kenny, & Tania Gunadi signing comics for the huge turn out of fans. The comic book will be turned into a motion comic book to be released at San Diego Comic Con and then on the Music Saves Lives youtube channel. Enjoy pics from the event below:

Our SDCC After Party

Supa Pirate Booty Hunt creators are putting on a San Diego Comic-Con after party to help benefit the charity Music Saves Lives. This free event is happening Friday July 19th at Joe’s Crab Shack from 7 – 9 PM. Joe’s Crab Shack is located directed behind the convention center, a five minute walk. The party will take place in the outdoor patio area and entrance for it will be on the side of the building. The event will feature free sway and free food/beer for attendees while supplies lasts. Guest of honor is voice actor Greg Eagles (Grim from Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy) and Gregg Berger (Grimlock from Transformers). There will be many other surprise celebrity guests throughout the evening. Everyone will have a chance to get their photo taken on the step & repeat red carpet at the event. The event is all ages but you must be 21 and over to drink. The event is free but we do except a line so if you would like to buy a Premium Ticket to help support Music Saves Lives, you can skip the line. You also do not need a SDCC badge to attend our event.

Music Saves Lives Summer Kick Off Party

 

Supa Pirate Booty Hunt creators attended the Music Saves Lives Summer Kick Off Party! The event happened at St. Felix in Hollywood and was sponsored by Monster Energy and Jagermeister. SPBH co-creator & voice actor Steve Sievers “we are proud to be gearing up with the charity Music Saves Lives for another summer of great events together along with a brand new animation to help promote their new app and most importantly helping to spread their life saving message.” Look for Music Saves Lives/Supa Pirate Booty Hunt San Diego Comic Con After Party on Friday July 19th at Joe’s Crab Shack right behind the SD convention. Daniel the Turtle was at Epicenter 2012 Music Festival in Irvine, CA to promote Supa Pirate Booty Hunt latest animated PSA for Music Saves Lives. After Party at San Diego Comic-Con held at Wet Willies in the gas lamp district. Supa Pirate Booty Hunt the award winning animated series creators hosted the party with charity Music Saves Lives and famous voice actors Neil Kaplan & Richard Epcar. See the mayhem SPBH (Steve Sievers & Dahveed) creators get into after having some drinks. At the after party was the world premiere of the SPBH latest animated PSA episode for Music Saves Lives ‘METAL IN MY SHELL’ The episode guest stars Dave Mustaine of Megadeth & Full Metal Jackie.
