WHERE? The Carousel House in Asbury Park, NJ (700 Ocean Ave.)
WHEN? Saturday, October 3rd.
TIME? Events begin at 11:00am, Walk begins at 5:00pm.
HOW? There’s no sign up or registration. Just show up and grab a wristband.
WHO? It’s open to everyone, zombies all ages and undead pets (on leashes).
COST? It’s entirely free, although there will be cool merch available to purchase.
MAKEUP? You can do it at home, use our free makeup on-site or get a professional makeover for a $10 donation.
LATE? Just join the walk where ever it may be lurching in progress.
RAIN? We walk rain or shine. Hail and locusts are a maybe.
SCHEDULE of MAYHEM
Base Camp: featuring exhibits by local artists, film makers and authors, as well as a special Zombie Blood Drive.
11:00AM – Anatomy FX Presentation on zombie makeup effects and prosthetics.
11:30AM – Professional Make-Up Panel demonstration featuring special guest artists
12:30PM – Award-winning zombie fiction author Brian Keene Presentation.
1:00PM – Make-Up Stations and Children’s Activity Area open
5:00PM – Zombie Walk throughout Asbury Park
6:30PM – Zombie Fest begins on the Main Stage with Thriller performance by Asbury Dance & Yoga
7:00PM – Zombie Beauty Pageant hosted by B Unique Clothing
8:00PM – Jello Brain Eating Contest hosted by Munch
8:30PM – Zombie Karaoke Bash hosted by Paranormal Books & Curiosities
