Iron Man is getting replaced by a…Turtle?

Supa Pirate Booty Hunt co-creator & voice of Daniel the Turtle did an art piece for the group art show called Covered at Geek’s Comics. The group art show is inspired by Free Comic Book Day which was on May 1st. The art piece is up for sale at Geeks Comic Book Shop through May 29th. Geeks is located at 6747 Greenleaf Ave Suite A Whittier, CA 90601. Steve said during the opening reception of the art show “I loved collecting Marvel’s What If… series growing up and I am pumped for Iron Man 2 to be coming out soon, so why not have Daniel the Turtle as Iron man?” As a side note, Steve Sievers loved Iron Man 2 which is in theaters now.

There was live music, DJs, Art, Drinks, & live burlesque show mixed with Supa Pirate Booty Hunt equals one wild fun night. Voice of Cpt Zack Stevers Spike Spencer stopped by to joy in on the fun. Pics from LA Comic Book & Science Fiction Convention

Supa Pirate Booty Hunt creators had a booth at the LA Comic Book & Science Fiction Convention today @ USC. See SPBH co-creator Dahveed work on some sketches for people and witness SPBH co-creator Steve Sievers get shocked when he realizes he isn’t reading the Wall Street Journal. Special guest of the convention was action star Dolph Lundgren. Steve tries to impress Dolph by “attempting” to look bad ass by wearing his sun glasses in doors.

LA Comic Book & Science Fiction Convention

Supa Pirate Booty Hunt will be having a table at the Los Angles Comic Book & Science Fiction Convention May 2nd at the Shrine Auditorium Expo Center at 700 West 32nd Street Los Angeles, CA from 10 AM – 5 PM. Come meet the creators Dahveed & Steve Sievers, check out some animation, & buy some SPBH merch including Tee Shirts, Tank Tops, Bandannas, & Daniel the Turtle toy figures. Also meet Steve Sievers dressed as Daniel the Turtle at the con!

Free Comic Book Day Group Art Show @ Geek Comics

Supa Pirate Booty Hunt co-creator & voice of Daniel the Turtle is having a piece in a group art show in honor of Free Comic Book Day called Covered 2010. The event will take place at GEEKS COMICS at 6847 Greenleaf Ave Suite A Whittier CA 90601. The opening reception is May 1st at 7 PM and the art show will be up until May 29th. Steve piece is titled “What if… Iron Turtle”

ON STAGE @ Cherry Blossom Festival…its Supa Pirate Booty Hunt!

As you can see the Supa Pirate Booty Hunt creators had a great time…until poor Daniel the Turtle fell on his shell on stage & couldn’t get up. Good thing SUPA PIRATE!
